Our Editor Opinion

This Atom processor work great with Windows 7, if you add 2 GB than it really rocks, but it is very slow on Xp and Vista. If you want to have nice internet usage and normal usage machine, that do not underestimate this it is also nice setup.

User Opinon

One user have been running this as an xp-equipped home server for the last few months. Solid! and he have nothing to address since the installation of this system. Running it caseless behind his 28 inches LCD, it just keeps on doing its thing. No heat no Noise. Nice stuff.

Intel Atom Processor

The Intel Atom D410 is a 45nm processor for embedded desktop motherboards, most often found in nettops. It is  released in early 2010, this will be the successor to the Atom 230 processor. The single core Atom D410 features a faster 1.66GHz clock speed, 512KB of L2 cache and a FSB speed of 665MHz. This energy efficient processor is rated at 10 watts TDP, meaning very little electricity is required for this chip to function. Most net tops with this processor will use around 40 watts of total power, an amount considerably less than a full-sized desktop computer.
